Where we are
“COLLE DEL PARADISO” is the only green area that surrounds the city of Assisi with its garland of olive trees. An area of olive trees that has remained untouched throughout the years, organic cultivation always used, which provides a precious extra virgin olive oil which is light and does not contain any acidity: 0.2 per cent. The limit for an extra virgin olive oil (1%) has been defined by the EC and our olive is very much below this limit, it is rich with vitamins, polyphenols, which are anti-oxidizing protective substances with great effect on blood and liver.
